These are the terms of use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Use”) governing LifeGuard Global  Inc. (hereinafter “LifeGuard Global”) websites www.lifeguardglobal.com (hereinafter “Websites”). 
Users (hereinafter “User”) are requested to read these Terms of Use Carefully before using our Websites, mobile apps. stores, mobile apps. and products. Use of our Websites mobile apps. stores, mobile apps. and products, constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use.

The Website(s) may only be used for information and function purposes. The content on this Website(s), such as text, software, technical drawings, configurations, graphics, programs, templates, pictures and other files as well as their selection, design and arrangement (hereinafter “Materials”) are the property of LifeGuard Global or its licensee(s).
All rights reserved. The User has the right to use and examine this Website and also the right to examine and download the Material for personal
and limited commercial use.  The Website(s) may be viewed, browsed and printed out for the Users personal use.
The Material shall not be edited, copied, publicly displayed, presented or distributed in any way or otherwise used for public or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of LifeGuard Global. The Material may, however, be used for journalistic and educational purposes, on the condition that the source is indicated when using the said Material.
The User shall be liable for the validity and arrival of any information submitted to the Website(s). The user undertakes not to send illegal or inappropriate material to the Website(s). The User shall ensure that any material sent to the Website(s) is free from viruses, worms, trojans, or any malicious software.

LifeGuard may collect personal data, such as the User”s name and email address, via the Website or mobile phone. Any personal data provided via the Website(s) may be processed by LifeGuard Global in accordance with applicable personal data legislation.
Data is recorded in register LifeGuard Global. The data stored in the register is used e.g. for processing feedback and comments as well as for developing the activity and operations of and its LifeGuard Global Website(s) and companies belonging to the same group as LifeGuard
Global shall also have the right to process the data stored in the register and to use the data for appropriate purposes (such as direct marketing) in accordance with applicable personal data legislation.

The User has the statutory Right to prohibit the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, and distance sales as well as other forms of direct advertising.

LifeGuard Global uses temporary cookies on its Website(s) in order to improve the User’s experience when visiting LifeGuard Global Websites.
Cookies are small text files which contain information about the User’s browsing activities on the Website(s) and which are located in the User’s browser directory.
Cookies enable to LifeGuard Global identify frequent visitors to the Website(s), facilitate the process of logging in to the Website(s) and allow for the compilation of information concerning the User. LifeGuard Global uses the aforementioned information to continuously improve our Websites. Cookies do not harm the User’s computers or files.

The copyright of Website(s), mobile apps. and of all the Material contained therein is protected under international copyright laws and copyright conventions. The User shall be required to comply domestically and internationally with all copyright laws. It is a direct violation of all domestic
and international copyright laws for unauthorized copying of all or any Materials.
All intellectual property rights pertaining to the Websites, templates, data conversion to QR Bar Codes, but not limited to any other method of data retention and Materials (including without limitation copyright, registered and unregistered trademark and design rights, patents, domain names,
business names, trade secrets and database rights) shall be retained by LifeGuard Global or by its partners, distributors or licensee(s).
LifeGuard Global grants the User no direct or indirect rights to any intellectual property rights related to the Websites templates, data
conversion, and / or Materials. All rights reserved.

LifeGuard Global may include on its Website(s) links to websites maintained by third parties.  The use of such links transfers the User away from the Website(s).
LifeGuard Global neither supervises nor verifies the content of third party websites, nor shall LifeGuard Global be liable for the validity, reliability or data security of third party websites. The User is advised to familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of use and the user instructions of linked websites with care before using the said websites. The User shall use the linked websites entirely at the User’s own risk.

Third party websites may link to this Website(s) in accordance with good practices.
The Website page linked on a third party website should be shown in the browser in full and in the same manner as our Websites.
Links leading to this Website must be removed if requested by LifeGuard.

LifeGuard Global reserves all rights to amend and modify the Terms of Use, and to add or remove any part of the Terms of Use, in whole or in part, at any time at LifeGuard Global own discretion.
All amendments to these Terms of Use shall take effect when they have been announced on the Website(s) and mobile app stores.
Any use of the Website(s), and mobile apps, following an amendment made to the Terms of Use shall constitute acceptance of the said amendment.

LifeGuard Global partners, distributors and employees strives in every way to provide reliable, accurate and correct information, but nevertheless we do not guarantee the reliability, or correctness of information either on the Websites, mobile apps., tablets, phablets, Smart Watches, computer or mobile phones.
The Materials may contain inaccuracies and typographical errors.  All content as well as the Websites and Materials are offered “as is”.
LifeGuard Global utilizes all means at its disposal to attempt to maintain the Website’s functionality, but cannot be held liable for its availability, accuracy or functionality. LifeGuard Global reserves the right to continuously make changes in all Websites and products including affiliates, partners or licensees. LifeGuard Global shall not be liable for any damages caused directly or indirectly by using the Website, mobile apps. templates, products or data conversion.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the United States, excluding its choice of law provisions.

If LifeGuard Global, partners, affiliates or licensees and the User are unable to negotiate an understanding on any point of dispute, the said dispute shall be settled in the closest LifeGuard Global office.
Nothing herein shall limit the User’s rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer legislation.

It is based on the same technologies but has some added features that can provide an even greater safety net for you or a loved one. If a medical emergency occurs you will click the Emergency Call 9-1-1+™(- – -) icon on your mobile main screen.
After clicking on the Emergency Call 9-1-1+™(- – -) icon the program opens you simply click the Yes button and you will be immediately connected to the 9-1-1 (- – – ) operator.


911+(- – – )

(1) Will connect you to the 911(- – -) call center,

(2) Simultaneously sends a (SMS –MMS) text message with your medical history at the same time. ( if your 911 (- – – ) call center supports text messaging ).

(3) Notifies your emergency contacts that you have dialed “911” (- – – ).

(4) Provides the Date and Time you dialed 911 (- – -).

(5) Gives your emergency contacts the GPS location of where you dialed 911(- – -).

(6) Will allow your emergency contacts to follow you by GPS; which hospital you might be going to…in real time.

* In order for this service to work your phone
 1. must support GPS,
2. your phone must have the GPS turned on,
3. you must have constant Internet or cellular connection. We cannot guarantee GPS tracking capability, which can only be determined by the                  function of your phone and the services that are available in your area at that time.

Cities across the US are adding SMS text messaging capability to the 911 call centers every month.
According to the four major cellular phone providers – Sprint, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile and AT&T, are committed to providing enhanced 911 e911 with SMS text messaging capability. The FCC is requiring all service providers to offer the service by the end of the year(2014); please check with your local
service provider for more information.

Don’t worry, in the next few years all major cities will be adding the SMS text messaging feature as well as the 911(- – -) call centers in the suburbs. Until enhanced e911(- – – ) is available in your area the other features in Emergency Call 9-1-1+™ (- – – ), will work regardless. The only limitation will be when you or a loved one dials 911 (- – -) the call center will not be able to read the medical history and medicines you are taking, as a text message. But don’t worry this information is saved in your phone and can be viewed or made available after you open the 911+ (- – – +) program and add your password. This can be a significant time saving feature, in a medical emergency, that can provide lifesaving information to a paramedic or doctor. One of the key and most important features of 911+(- – -+) is that your emergency medical history can be viewed regardless if there is Internet or cellular connectivity. No matter what type of disaster occurs, as long as your phone is operational you have access to your emergency medical history and medicines you are taking. All doctors agree, “Having and carrying your emergency medical history with you at all times could save your life.”

I “being of sound mind” agree and understand that should I use the E911sms™ text messaging mobile app provided by lifeguard global Inc. to send personal medical history information, including gps location, and notification of emergency contacts to the 911 call centers, and agree I am granting permission to the 911 call center operator(s) authorization to forward my emergency medical history to: my caregiver(s), first- responder, paramedic, doctor, nurse, or hospital for the purpose of extrapolating important information about my current health conditions. Including medicine(s), currently being taken and known medicine allergies. I hereby understand and agree this is only a precautionary effort to provide important medical history information to help treat me in the most expedient manner for the best possible outcome in an medical emergency, should I chose to activate my 911sms mobile app. text message.

I agree and understand in a medical emergency should I choose to send my personal medical history as a text message to a 911 call center via a mobile phone, smart watch or pendent, that I acknowledge and agree to the terms of this agreement. That in an emergency I am authorizing a 911 call center to forward to my caregiver(s) first- responder, paramedic, doctor, nurse, or hospital important emergency medical information about myself to expedite the process of evaluating my personal medical history in order to provide the best method of treatment based on the information that I have provided contained in the 911sos mobile app.

I agree to the terms of this agreement and understand I have no recourse against: the 911 call center, my caregiver(s) first- responder, paramedic, doctor, nurse, or hospital should I die or suffer injuries at the time of treatment or thereafter, in which they provide best medical practices to save my life, based on personal medical history and assessment of my injury(s) and situation.

I understand and agree I hold-harmless the 911 call center, my caregiver(s) first- responder, paramedic, doctor, nurse, or hospital should I suffer a medical emergency and they attempt to treat me using best standard medical practices and procedures. I also agree and understand that should I suffer a medical emergency and send my E911sms™ text message, the information may be outside my cellular connectivity and not delivered as designed. This is a voluntary solution that does not warrant or guarantee a successful outcome in treatment.

I hereby agree to the terms of this agreement and understand I have no liability claim(s) should I suffer injury or death. I indemnify all parties who may attempt to treat or save my life based on standard medical methods and practices in a medical emergency.
